I’ll try to update the graphics section soon, hopefully today or tomorrow.

I went to the library a few days ago and got some cool books. One a novel by Maya Angelou and another poetry book by R.E. Smith. I’ve already read them and listed them in my favorites lol. I’m such a bookworm when it comes to reading.  In fact, I’ve been reading a whole lot lately.  On the streetcar, in my spare time, before getting out of bed.  I wonder if my inner selfconsciousness is trying to escape reality.  Huh.  Add that to a list of questions to ask a phsycic.

Well, anyway,  I plan to try to make a new layout/theme in the next week or so.  Hopefully I won’t fail miserably with the coding like last time.  It’s supposed to be a beachy theme xD.  Well, see you guys later I guess.  Gotta go get ready for my next adventures.  Oh yeah!  I forgot.  The tag thing.  Well, if anyone else wants to fill it out and post it you’re welcome to.

4. What was the best day of your life?  When my nephew was born.

This morning was quite eventful, as it turns out. 

My mother and I were called to the scene as my stepfather got into a car accident on his way to work.  I was freaked out, and by the time we got there he was frozen in his seat and kept saying he was having headaches and back pain.  I’m not going to say everything since I don’t want some random stranger reading all about it (after all, I’m not a news reporter ), but apparently this old lady crashed into the back of his car when stopping short, causing him to stomp on his brake and to lightly bump the car in front of him.  He was the only one hurt, thankfully, but it took forever for the paramedics to get there and bring him to the hospital to get checked out and have some Xrays.

He’s alright now, they discharged him a few hours later saying he probably just tore some muscles. The doctor put him on some medication for muscle relaxation.  He should be back to normal by Monday, so I can stop worrying about him. God bless everybody who survived a car wreck! ♥

I was rather stunned when I read this article.  I know Barbies are popular and all that but still. Tattoo Barbie?   “The tattoos are temporary, no harm done,” is what the producers are saying.  But I know that the parents aren’t going to be very happy.  Hopefully the little girls have more sense than to get a real tattoo on their backs when they’re older.

Also today I went to City Park today to make some sketches of the birds there.   Since I’ve got some more free time on my hands it’s been nice to get around and have some leisure time.  The atmosphere at the park is wonderfully calm, it gave me some time to think over things and relax from months of writing pressure from my old job.  I think I’ll go for part-time instead once I start looking for a new writing employer.

Things seem to be looking up a bit. =)
